Whole Body Vibration & Heavy Equipment Ergonomics OHS Course Greater Vancouver

Date: Thursday October 18, 2007 from 7:30 pm to 3:30 am

Designed For: Construction, forestry, sawmills (for forklifts), municipality, bus drivers, ferry workers, transportation workers (delivery, long haul), railway workers, pilots, coast guard, etc.

This course is designed to provide OH&S Committees and worker representatives with the knowledge and skills to deal with all aspects of heavy equipment ergonomics including seating design and adjustment, and posture. Access and egress, visibility, and design and location of dials and displays will be discussed. Frequency, magnitude, direction and duration of whole body vibration are covered.
