Young Workers Gather at Legislature to Call for Minimum Wage Increase

A group of young workers including students, minimum wage workers and representatives of the B.C. Federation of Labour Young Workers Committee will be gathering at the BC Legislature to draw attention to BC's minimum wage.
On September 1, 2009, BC will become the lowest minimum wage province in Canada, as New Brunswick increases its minimum wage to $8.25.
